RECENT PROJECTS

	Closter Temple Associates: Borough of Closter, Bergen County, New Jersey Status: Under Construction.  Designed site plan for religious institution on 14 acre site, including preparation of retaining wall design for road access, and obtaining Stream Encroachment Permit for the site from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
	Lauren Pond Estates: Borough of Demarest, Bergen County, New Jersey.  Status:  Under Construction. Preparation of a residential subdivision, including obtaining Stream Encroachment Permit, NJDEP Transition Area Waiver, Wetlands Permits, and design of a wall adjacent to an existing pond to support a new roadway.
	Sutton Place Apartments: Borough of Norwood, Bergen County, New Jersey.  Status:  Under Construction. Preparation of plan for bank stabilization project, including the design of gabion walls for slope stabilization, obtaining Stream Encroachment Permit and Wetlands Permits from NJDEP.
	Englewood Hospital: Performed complete topographic and location survey of the entire Englewood Hospital Campus and offsite properties.  Design various projects on the Englewood Hospital Campus including a Linear Accelerator Addition, MICU Garage, and off-site Dialysis Center.  (1990-present)
	White Beeches Country Club: Conducted location survey of entire parcel (Approximately 50 acres). Tamcrest Country Club: Designed lot base map based on existing aerial topography for tax appeal.
	Schaller Farm, Closter, New Jersey: Designed lot base map and prepared cost estimates for the construction of a subdivision on the Tamcrest Country Club property in Cresskill and Alpine, New Jersey.  Appeared as expert witness in Tax Court.
	Alpine Country Club, Demarest, New Jersey: Designed lot base map.  Designed subdivision.   Appeared in Tax Court as expert witness pertaining to use of property and development costs.
	Tetley Tea Company, Palisades Park, New Jersey: Conducted study relating property usage, wetlands, and proposed development costs to property values.
	Borough of Demarest: Subdivision - Residential subdivision of nine lots from 46 acre tract.  Hydraulic study which included HEC-2 calculations and routing calculations from existing pond and stream.  Design of precast concrete bridge 25' span for access over existing stream.
	Borough of Hillsdale: Stony Brook Condominiums - Design of 42 unit condominium project.
	Borough of Hasbrouck Heights: Housing and Urban Development Senior Citizen Housing Project;  Designed site plan, parking area, for 32 unit Senior Citizen Housing Project.
	Borough of Old Tappan: Retail Center - Design of site plan for 50,000 square feet expansion to existing supermarket and satellite stores.  Design of ingress/egress from site.  Road widening from four lanes to five lanes, site drainage, sanitary, lighting, landscaping, and traffic patterns through site.
	Borough of Park Ridge: Design of 14 lot subdivision including utilizing Hackensack Water Company property for a water quality basin.
	City of Orange: Redevelopment Project;  Site design of approximately 50 two-family dwelling s at various sites in the City of Orange.
	City of Paterson: Redevelopment I and Redevelopment II projects;  Site design for approximately 25 two-family developments at various sites.  Site design of Ann Street/Tyler Street Project;  Attached Townhouses.
	City of Englewood: Marriott Brighton Gardens;  Site design for 112 bed assisted living development on 3 acres, including location and topographic surveys, drainage design, traffic design, parking lot, lighting and sanitary sewer design.
	Township of Teaneck: Office Complex - Design of site plan for 10,000 square foot office complex at DeGraw Avenue and Teaneck Road.
	MUNICIPAL AND COUNTY PROJECTS

Borough of Demarest: Designed and specified new Tot Park. (1995)

	Union City: Washington Park Playground.  Designed Municipal playground in association with Rivardo-Schnitzer-Capazzi, Architect. (1995)
	William Paterson College: Designed grading, drainage and specification for new soccer field. (1995)
	Union City: Designed grading, drainage and specification for new soccer field. (1994)
	Weehawken: Park Avenue Revitalization;  Sidewalk replacement project. (1994)
	Borough of Leonia: Preparation of plans and specifications for the 1990 Hillside Avenue Curb and Sidewalk project.  Duties included site inspections, coordination with Borough, recommendations of payment to contractor. (1992)
	Bergen County Vocational School: Preparation of plans and specifications for utility modifications on the Paramus Vocational Campus.  Prepared topographic survey and utility base map of buildings on Hackensack Campus.  Designed fire water and sanitary sewer lines. (1991-1993)
	County of Bergen: Conducted survey and provided expert plat for lawsuit at Darlington County Park Site.
	Borough of Cresskill: Preparation of wetlands study and site planning for Senior Citizens Housing Project. (1990- present)
	Borough of Cresskill: Designed recreation field and provided construction management during construction.  Design included elliptical culvert, fencing, retaining walls, grading and paving.
	Borough of Englewood Cliffs: Acting Municipal Engineer in 1989 during transition period of Boswell McClave.  Duties were inspection of improvement during construction (curbing, paving, sidewalks, drainage, sewers) and recommendation for release of Performance Bonds and Planning Board review.
	Bergen County Jail: Preparation of site plan for 144 bed jail addition.   This project included obtaining a Stream Encroachment Permit, drainage design, sewer design, and preparation of specification for bidding.
